Thank you for using Thryd.pro. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds for digital goods purchased through our platform.
1. Digital Goods Are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital products (3D models, files, and generated content), all sales are final. Once you complete a purchase and download or access the digital goods, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Dispute and Refund Requests
We understand that issues may arise. If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, you may submit a dispute or refund request within 21 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Provide clear evidence or a valid reason supporting your request (e.g., defective file, incorrect product delivered).
- Demonstrate that the issue is not due to user error or misunderstanding.
- Contact us promptly with detailed information regarding the problem.
3. How to Request a Refund or Dispute

- Your order details (purchase date, order number).
- Description of the issue and any supporting evidence (screenshots, files, etc.).
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
4. Refund Decisions
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Thryd.pro after evaluating the validity of your claim. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Partial use or partial download of the product.
- Issues caused by incompatible software or hardware.
- Failure to read product descriptions or specifications before purchase.
